01
Scope and Architecture
StockPoint Fieldbook provides industrial-grade maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) decision intelligence, point-of-use placement architectures, and inventory criticality modeling. This policy governs all interactions conducted through this web environment.
By navigating this platform, utilizing interactive diagnostics, or submitting inquiries regarding point-of-use frameworks, you acknowledge the data handling practices described within this technical specification.
02
Telemetry and Data Collection
We collect minimal data subsets strictly required to deliver responsive technical documentation, verify network integrity, and address operational support requests:
Network Telemetry
IP address, browser user-agent string, operating system type, timestamp protocols, and HTTP referrer parameters captured during web requests.
Interactive Parameters
Locally calculated inputs from criticality scoring calculators, placement criteria toggles, and UI navigation state parameters.
Direct Correspondence
Name, business email address, company affiliation, and narrative notes voluntarily transmitted via contact interfaces or support inquiries.
We do not intentionally request or process sensitive personal categories (such as biometric traits, political affiliations, or personal financial credentials).
03
Usage and Processing Legal Basis
Data processing is conducted strictly under lawful bases recognized by international data protection frameworks, including legitimate operational interests and explicit consent:
-
Platform Provisioning: Serving static asset trees, diagnostic tooling, and technical engineering documentation efficiently.
-
Infrastructure Security: Identifying anomalous request frequencies, blocking DDoS vectors, and maintaining firewall integrity.
-
Direct Technical Support: Responding to inquiries regarding inventory methodologies, system architecture, and point-of-use deployment guides.
04
Infrastructure and Security
All data exchanges between client endpoints and StockPoint Fieldbook servers are protected using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) cryptographic encapsulation.
RETENTION TIMELINE SPECIFICATION
Automated access logs are cycled and permanently purged after a maximum duration of ninety (90) days, unless security forensics mandate extended retention.
We do not sell, rent, or lease operational matrices or contact records to commercial third-party aggregators under any circumstances.
05
User Privacy Rights

Right to Access & Inspection
Right to Erasure / Deletion
Right to Restrict Processing
06
